we are considering expanding the number of apartments
at our BeachFront property in HaeWoonDae .

all will be newly decorated interiors in the old building
around prime beach resort,
fully-furnished as usual but perhaps with the exception of a bed
since friends seem to casually stay over on the beachside .

one-room studios OR two-rooms with an independent kitchenette instead of a separate bedroom,
with a small bathroom with shower but no bathtub(the Beach, the Beach, my friends)

might be operational late 2010 if plans move ahead
so sign-up for updates if you plan on landing this year !

we are applying a much lenient "Deposit" system instead of
the hefty Key-Money system practiced in Korea & Japan .
but please be aware the Korean system will come into effect if you are moving in WITH a Korean companion .

but WILL charge you for re-instituting costs you bear upon us on leaving, such as :

aproximate "cleaning fees" apply when U move out
 in case of noticeable damage to premises :
[ ]general cleaning fee W30,000~60,000,
[ ]wall-paper/paint re-do W60,000(+W20,000 for ceiling),
[ ]flooring exchange W165,000,

but be assured :
you will have to pay NOTHING if you leave the premise
just as we handed it to you when you moved in .

we are at "HaeUnDae" Subway Station at the South-Eastern end of the map .

and a quick introduction to all of Pusan / Busan's major areas :

[North] lies the touristy Hot Springs area of OnCheonJang
AND Busan's major campus of Busan University .

[South] are fashionable crossroads of SeoMyeon
AND Busan's KTX Train Station & Port,
Plus shopping market area of NanPoDong .

[West] a few blocks away the Olympics Stadium
on the road to KimHae Airport across NakDong River .

[East] lies the Numero UNO tourist hotspot of HaeWoonDae Beach
where Korea's annual Summer Vacation migration is measured .
beyond that lies a long~ sea-side drive-way up to all the rest of the Eastern beaches .

this section concerns our newly renovated property
on the touristy beach of HaeUnDae .

we have a two-room apartment in high-tech decor.
semi-furnished with all except a bed .
this is because many of our tenants prefer sleeping on the floor
on their own mattress/futon for Korean floors are heated up by OndoL Panels .
